Note: These prices are per person per week and an accommodation fee of 30 euros must be added.

 

Those students who want to book accommodation in shared apartments have to book the airport transfer service (airport to apartment). This service has an additional cost of 30 Euros from El Altet airport and 50 euros from Alicante train station. The students who choose accommodation in a host family are exempt from the transfer service since the family will meet them at the airport.

The accommodation is available from 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday) until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of the course (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival), need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates have to check availability and will be charged for any extra day needed (max. 4 days). The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring more than 4 additional days of accommodation. Top School does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodation.

The students who use the transfer will receive the keys to the apartment at the airport when the transfer company meets them. Those students who book the accommodation in host families will be met by a member of the family at a time determined in advance of arrival, in his/her residence or at the airport. All students must contact Top School before travelling to Spain to receive the information about the accommodation, transfer, arrival meeting time, keys, telephone of contact in case of emergencies etc.

The students must respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat authorities. If there is damage to the premises the student must pay the damage.

* It is necessary to leave a deposit upon arrival (150€ payable in cash or with a credit card). The deposit will be returned to the student at the end of the stay provided there are no damages to the apartment.
