Apartment and studio accommodation in Spain

At Top School, we offer students the option of a shared apartment or a private studio.

Shared apartments

Our modern apartments are situated in a quiet residential area of Elche, with fabulous views of the palm grove, and are only a few minutes away from the city centre by bus.

The residential area where the apartments are located has various common areas that our students can enjoy during their stay with us.

Facilities and services

• Single rooms (though some apartments also have double rooms available)
• Shared living room with TV and DVD player
• Fully-equipped, shared kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven and washing machine)
• Two shared bathrooms
• Air conditioning and heating
• Communal swimming pool which students can use during their stay
• Apartments are cleaned and bed linens changed once a week

Private studios

If you are an independent person and do not wish to share accommodation during your stay with us, this is without a doubt your best option. Top School has several studio apartments (30m²) which are equipped with everything you need to feel at home. All studios have lift access and are adapted to cater for those students with disabilities.

We can provide different types of studios and apartments so that students can select the one that best suits their needs. All accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary household appliances to ensure students are comfortable at home. Furthermore, as with all our accommodation options, the studios are cleaned and beds changed weekly.

Our apartments are dotted around the city, yet the majority are located within walking distance of the school.

Note: The prices shown are on a per person/per week basis and a handling charge of 40 euros for arranging accommodation will be added. These prices include single or double room accommodation with shared bathroom (the supplementary charge for an individual bathroom is 50 euros). All students who book shared apartment accommodation will have to leave a deposit of 150 euros (cash or credit/debit card in case of breakages, etc) on arrival. This deposit will be returned upon completion of the stay, should there be no damage to/breakages in the apartment.

Those students wishing to book shared apartment or private studio accommodation must also arrange airport transfers (at an extra cost of 35 euros).

*The minimum age for this type of accommodation is 18.

**Double and twin rooms are only available for students travelling together.
